Kat is a Graduate of The Four Winds Healing Light Body School where she trained with Alberto Villoldo and Peruvian Shaman masters. Kat traversed the
mountains and jungles of Peru where she worked with the medicine people, Q'ero. Peru was a transformational experience, allowing Kat to delve deeper into her own soul.
Kat has a true passion for healing and is dedicated to helping you discover your power for improving balance and vitality in your life.
Working in partnership with clients, she assists in clearing away the energy of the past allowing for a new direction in one’s life. She facilitates body, mind, emotional and spiritual health using a wide variety of energy healing, Reiki, crystals and essential oils.
Kat offers private sessions, classes, and workshops in the coastal town of Wilmington, North Carolina.
